Matchbox Empires Expansion 2 : Overseas Territories
This is the second expansion for Matchbox Empires. Players are now shown on the world stage with the introduction of a world map tile. The world map tile has up to 6 sockets for player pieces showing the real world continental location of each player. The middle of the tile represents the northern hemisphere (north pole) with the outer circumference representing the equator. Players now have to deal with the insurgance of roaming pirates who must be paid off before they will leave you in peace. Merchants also roam the seas and will visit players to offer them good deals on various resources. The base game of matchbox empires is required to play.
